Marcel Oliveira is hands-down one of the most talented and passionate tattoo artists. He completed both of my full arm sleeves — a Japanese-themed black and grey sleeve and a deeply personal Christian-themed sleeve. His attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring meaning into every piece is unreal. I’m incredibly grateful for the role he’s played in my tattoo journey. He is very rude

I've got 2 from Marcel (2021, 2023) and have another session scheduled for a new piece. If I was local to his home shop I'd have sooo many more - the man is amazing.
