Tattoo artist Dave Paulo was born in Philadelphia (USA). Parents were the Portuguese, and David has dual citizenship. The family returned to Portugal when he was 8 years old.
There he graduated at the insistence of parents Architectural College. Parents do not supported David interest in tattooing, betting on architectural career.
At the age of 35 years, Dave has come to the tattoo studio for his first tattoo. Watching the work of the tattoo master, he clearly realized that he could do it himself. The following week he went to a course on hygiene and tattoo basic.
Within two years, he tried to combine the tattoo, and the main work, but the lack of free time inhibits the learning process.
In 2013 Dave bought his first rotor machine and devoted all of his time to the tattoos.
Since then he has been actively developing their skills and gradually came to his own style in the art of realism.
