401 Tattoo and Art host the 8th annual Tattoo Fest, which takes place along side, The Capital City Bikefest on September 20-22, 2019. A three day annual event that takes place in beautiful downtown Raleigh, as well as the Tobacco Road Harley-Davidson and Triumph Dealership. Now in it’s 15th year, the event is family friendly and draws 100k visitors from all over the country.
