FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where is Tattoo Freeze?
The Telford International Centre, St Quentin Gate, Telford TF3 4JH.
I have booked in advance but my tickets have not arrived.
E-tickets will be attached to your confirmation email immediately after your order has been placed, please print them off and keep them in a safe place. If you have not received this email, please first check your spam folder as some emails do end up there, contact Customer Services on 01244 881 895 or email with your order id or contact details.
Don’t worry, you will still be able to enter the show without E-Tickets by having some proof of ids such as the payment card you used or a driver’s license.
Can I have a tattoo if I am under 18?
No, and please do not ask. Secondly, if you have just turned 18, then yes you can get tattooed, but a word of advice is to bring some I.D. The artist of your choice will no doubt request to see it.
How do I go about getting inked?
The best way to guarantee to get a tattoo by your chosen artist is to get in touch with them directly before the show (the earlier the better). Discuss your ideas with them and book a time slot at the show, prior to the convention. Some artists work on a first-come, first-served basis at conventions, but they will tell you this when you get in touch with them. If this is the case you best get to the show early!
Is there car parking?
Yes, car parking on site is only £4.50 and there is plenty of other parking in the vicinity.
