The Central PA Tattoo Horror Expo #3 is scheduled to take place from October 3 to October 5, 2025. This exciting event will be held at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, located at 777 Hollywood Blvd, Grantville, PA 17028, United States.
This expo is a celebration combining tattoos and horror culture, offering a unique weekend filled with thrilling experiences. Attendees can explore a wide array of talented tattoo artists from all across the country, capable of creating everything from small, delicate designs to full-sleeve masterpieces. Daily tattoo contests highlight the event, showcasing creativity and skill.
Beyond the art of tattooing, the expo delves into the horror genre with vendors featuring creepy collectibles, horror-themed artwork, and spooky merchandise. The event also provides opportunities to meet special guests from the horror industry, including actors and other notable personalities. Engaging panel discussions allow fans to hear firsthand stories from their favorite horror figures.

- Friday: 2PM – 10PM
- Saturday: 11AM – 10PM
- Sunday: 11AM – 6PM
Tattoo contests are organized by theme across the three days, including categories such as Halloween Theme Horror, Color (small/large), Black & Gray (small/large), Neo Traditional, Most Unique/Bizarre, Traditional, Cover-Up, Back/Chest Piece, Arm/Leg Sleeve, Original FLASH, Best Anime, Best Watercolor, Geometric Style, Best Portrait, and Best of Show.
Ticket prices are set at $25 for a Day Pass and $60 for a Weekend Pass.
