Consent to personal data processing
Consent to personal data processing ("Add an event" form, inkppl.com). I freely give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Ledovskikh (Georgia, Tbilisi, 52 Mikheil Tsinamdashvili St.; info@inkppl.com), operator of inkppl.com, and to Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr A. Ledovskikh (Russian Federation, INN 682964723150) acting on his behalf, to process my personal data — name, e-mail address, a hash of my IP address and the information I provide in this submission — in order to review the event submission, contact me about it, protect the form against spam and abuse, and publish the event in the Events section (my name and e-mail are not published). Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to the above persons, erasure and destruction, by automated and manual means. I understand the data is stored on servers in Russia and may be transferred to the operator in Georgia. This consent is valid for 180 days from submission or until I withdraw it by writing to info@inkppl.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Details: Privacy Policy.
Listing terms
By submitting, I confirm that: (1) I am the event organiser or act with the organiser's permission; (2) I own the poster and description or am entitled to authorise their use; (3) any persons shown on the poster have consented to the use of their image, and using the poster and description does not infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks. I grant Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Ledovskikh (operator of inkppl.com) a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for as long as the event is listed on the site and in the Events archive, to reproduce and publish the poster and description on all language versions of inkppl.com, translate the description, resize, convert and crop the poster without distorting its meaning, and use them to announce this event on iNKPPL social media and newsletters. If any claim is brought against iNKPPL in connection with the poster or description, I will settle it at my own cost. Rights holders may request removal under the notice-and-takedown procedure in our Terms of Service.
