Welcome!

My name is Bobby Grey, born in 1989, in a small town in The Netherlands.
Co-Owner of Tempest Tattoo Studio, Amsterdam. 

I studied Graphic design in Amsterdam, shortly after worked as graphic designer , but as creative it may seem it was not at all.
 So i left that aside and focussed fully on making art and  later on started full time tattooing.

 I opend my compagny in 2016 and been Full time professional tattooer and contemporary artist since.
In september 2023 Claudia and me opened our own high quality tattoo studio; Tempest Tattoo Studio, located in the beautiful cirty centre of Amsterdam.

About my tattoo styles;
 My Abstract tattoos offer a unique and artistic expression, allowing me to explore a wide range of imaginative concepts. 
To provide an expansive playground to explore unconventional forms and concepts, allowing for a personalized and thought-provoking visual experience. 


 Trash Polka tattoos, I do are known for their chaotic yet harmonious blend of realism and abstract elements/chaos. Presenting a thrilling challenge to seek for balance, structure and disorder.



 Heavy Blackwork tattoos, characterized by dense, dark ink, demand precision and expertise to create intricate patterns and black shading that stand the test of time. 



 Solid blackout tattoos and Solid heavy blackwork require a careful touch to meticulous approach, as I navigates the delicate balance between achieving a bold, uniform appearance and ensuring the design retains its distinctiveness.
