Villain Arts will be in Minneapolis this January 11 – 13th, 2019 for The 10th Annual Minneapolis Tattoo Convention. Witness over 300 or the World’s Best Tattooers, tattooing live. See sideshow acts, live human suspension, meet Ink Master contestants and more! Villain Arts is a 20 year veteran tattoo convention organizer and operator based in Philadelphia, PA, founded by artist and owner of Philadelphia Eddie’s 621, Troy Timpel.
