Villain Arts will bring the 5th Annual Cleveland Tattoo Arts Convention this February 21st – 23rd to the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Center.

The World Famous, star-studded, traveling tattoo arts exhibition is anticipated to feature more than 300 International and National tattoo artists, tattooing live on site of the event as well as sideshow acts, live human suspension, burlesque and appearances from tattooed TV celebrities and Ink Master contestants.
