South African Tattoo Convention

The South African Tattoo Convention is an annual event hosted in Cape Town at the Lookout in the V&A Waterfront, Granger Bay.

Each year 90 of the world’s best tattooers come together, by invitation, to show their work at the South African Tattoo Convention. As we keep our focus solely on the authentic culture of tattooing the event promises to remain an intimate, high quality professional experience. Whether you are a dedicated enthusiast or simply want to learn more about tattooing, we encourage you to come and check the show out for yourself.

Over the course of the weekend, 6 of our favourite local bands will grace the stage and in-between sets our friends from Roasting Records will keep the good vibes going.

There is also a beer tent, fully stocked bar and our favourite food trucks, catering for everyone.

You can be sure to meet the best tattooers in the world and have a weekend filled with good food, music, beer and great vibes!
