This year’s Central Texas Lowbrow Tattoo Convention is being held on SEPTEMBER 17-19th at the Harker Heights E Center 710 Edwards Dr.

Tickets are 13$ a day or 30$ for the weekend pass, kids under 13 free with parent. 18 to get tattooed 21 to drink.
