Welcome to the first annual High Tide Tattoo & Art Festival at the beautiful Mill Casino*Hotel & RV Park.

This three-day event will feature top artists from all around the country and the best of local talent. Tattooists of all different backgrounds will be tattooing on-site. If you are into traditional, black and grey, or color, we have the artist for you.
