It is essentially a tattoo competition, with at least 200 booths open to all tattoo artists or exhibitors and highlighted by an internationally acclaimed board of judges who use an unconventional judging method.
Because this coincides with the Sinulog Festival, there will be local performances of Sinulog tribal dance and tribal music. Attending this festival also gives you the chance to see the weeklong Sinulog celebration (one of the biggest festivals in the Philippines), where most of the government and business establishments participate in a festive celebration and parties are everywhere.
