The Rouen Tattoo Festival is the weekend after the God of Ink festival. It is one of the most important tattoo festival in France, with 500 International Tattoo Artist, 20,000 visitors, and many tattoo sponsors (Cheyenne, World Famous ink, Dynamic, Vlad Blad, etc.)
