Kula Tattoo Arts Gathering 2025

2025 will mark the third gathering of Kula at NESCO Center where the most diverse communities of practice will come together to showcase, exchange knowledge and skills and engage in dialogue. Kula is thankful to all the members of the tribe for supporting this project where our vibes blend, weave and connect.

With this edition, we reflect on the ties that bind our communities together, understand the changing nature of our practices, recognise our distinctiveness and collectively explore ways to nourish and revitalise the fabric of our community.

The visual identity has been developed with this theme at the centre of the creative process by @__yogi___ , Founder-Leo Tattoos and exceptional artist from #aamchimumbai. The journey of every being is enveloped in layers where the past and present inform each other, where the lines of traditional and contemporary come together, and where the meaning of our existence is reflected in our collectiveness. Yogi has shaped this beautiful idea into the visual identity which represents the brilliance and simplicity of his artistic expression. A big shout out to @pablo_pawar , a self-taught graphic designer, who loves creating captivating visuals for his contribution to the digital adaptation of this artwork.
