Locked Up Tattoo Convention Wv is back in March 21st – 23rd 2025 at the Infamous West Virginia State Prison.
Over 150 Tattoo Artists from all over the country including Special Guests
Joe Capone Ink Master Angel, Christian Buckingham Ink Masters seasons 7,9 and 11 and Emac Ink Masters season 13. Tattoo contests,seminars and live entertainment!! We have discounted hotels for Artists and Attendees!!
