Sasha Morozov (Sasha Morozov)

Sasha Morozov is a tattooist and researcher of the history of tattooing, co-founder of the Russian Tattoo History project about the history of tattooing in the territory of the former USSR. He has been tattooing since 2013, traveling the world and popularizing black and gray minimalist ornamental tattoo designs. His style is familiar to connoisseurs and people immersed in tattoo culture from Bogota to Bali. Regular participant in international tattoo conventions (SAITC, Cape Town, South Africa and Chiang Mai Tattoo Time, Thailand). In 2024, Sasha’s first book, “Passing by,” was published about his 5-year travels around East Africa and the traditional tattoos of the indigenous peoples of this region.
