I want to get a tattoo by her, but she never responded to my messages on whether she does black skin or how much a specific tattoo would cost. And that was over a year ago. She's still posting plenty of photos on instagram. But they're amazing so I can't really give it a bad rating.

I have been trying to find a legit site where I can book a session with Ms. Raya for the summer. Is there anyone who can help me to do so. I would like a thigh tat.
