Ben Granillo

At Tribe Tattoo on Santa Fe Drive, Ben Granillo creates custom body art rooted in solid technique, clean lines, and deep respect for tattooing’s traditional roots. For clients looking for the best tattoo artist in Denver and Colorado, Ben brings a steady hand and a collaborative mindset to every piece, partnering with dedicated collectors who value exceptional craftsmanship and are ready to invest in serious, long-term body art.
Specializing in custom black-and-grey realism, photo surrealism, bio-organic structures, neo-traditional depth, dark botanicals, and precise geometric and mandala compositions, every design is entirely custom to each project. Approach and application are tailored specifically to the needs of the piece, ensuring flawless anatomical flow and natural movement with your body. Alongside large, multi-session collector pieces, Ben maintains a strong appreciation for classic traditional flash, honoring the enduring legacy of the craft.
The focus is entirely on the art, the details, and the collaborative journey between artist and collector. With 20 years in the game, Ben is a veteran tattooer who is looking to keep opening new avenues of creativity, including thoughtfully designed body suit concepts, large-scale back pieces, and more sleeves, which he has become known for.
