Koray Karagözler

Koray Karagözler (1985 - Germany) He was born in Stuttgart, Germany. He studied at the faculty of fine arts in Mediterranean University between 2005-2009 and got Bachelor of art degree in Sculpture. He started his conceptual and abstract studies during this period and He has participated in numerous exhibitions with his works. He became interested in the art of tattooing in college, and his tattoo designs began to reflect conceptual and abstract concepts. Using a combination between watercolor painting and tattooing, the artist takes a different approach to the “traditional” tattoo in Turkey. Between 2011-2014 He continued working in Istanbul to his design and tattoos. in 2014 He returned to Antalya ,chose to live in a more rural life because the metropolitan life style negatively affecting his art. The artist regularly goes to Istanbul in 3 months and still working.
