Niceguy Chris Tattoo

Chris has made a tattoo on my whole upper right arm. I submitted a rough idea of a hooded slayer holding a scalpel in one hand and an X-ray showing my brain and my big brain tumour in the other. He refined it so that it combined a mystical tumour slayer with a scalpel in the left hand an a photon beam originating from the right hand, hitting the tumour in the X-ray image of my brain. The design was really spot on and I desided to have my first tattoo. Not only was the design better than I had imagined, the execution was of as good quality as the work he displayed on Instagram. The X-ray image is exactly as the original image and it is accompanied by a mystical and impressive hero-like figure who incorporates symbols for both my operation and radiation treatment. Not only was the design and execution better than I would have imagined, the conversations we had during the tattooing process were really great. All in all I am extreamely pleased with my tattoo celebrating life after tumour treatment. I will return to Chris, since there is room for another tattoo on my right arn :-)
