Ria Kim

Very disappointed in this artist. I made a reservation with her during her window in NYC. After booking the reservation I had asked if she could put the tattoo on my chest instead of my forearm, but keep the same size. She said that was fine, but the price would increase a few hundred dollars. I emailed her back asking why that is, and she never responded. I’ve since followed up with several emails and never got any response or explanation. This was for a tattoo of my lab who had recently passed. She was my best friend and I wanted to honor her with this tattoo.
