WELCOME BACK FRIENDS! We are happy to announce the 2nd annual Rail City Tattoo Festival being held once again in the beautiful, historic St. Albans City Hall on October 12-13, 2024.

Tattooing, vendors, awesome music and great times are to be had by all. Last year was amazing so let’s do it all again!!
