Shawn Hebrank

Shawn Hebrank spent the first half of 2016 on the road, worked in 18 different shops across the country, and was also fortunate enough to make some tattoos in Spain, Scotland and England. After returning to the States, Shawn started working at his new home, Scapegoat Tattoo in Portland, Oregon. Forgive him if he might be settling in for a while and not doing too much traveling.
