While Polina’s tattoo quality is good, her professionalism is abysmal. She seemingly cannot finish projects on time nor can properly estimate how long a project would take. As a result, she often reschedules your appointments (very last minute) leaving you disappointed that you have to wait even longer. And God forbid you show your frustration with her lack of professionalism…
