Pandora Blue was born in Virginia, USA.

At the age of 18, she made her first tattoo, a peacock feather on a hip, as a protest to parental prohibition. After that she didn't stop.

Now she is one of the most famous tattooed models, having more than 1.6 million subscribers on Instagram and over one million fans on Facebook.
