The Seattle Tattoo Expo was formed with the primary goal of exposing new talent, showcasing existing fan favorites, and providing enthusiasts with a gathering place to share their love for this enduring art form.
Get inked, see the beautiful artwork of over 200 artists, and take in all that is Seattle tattoo culture and history at the 18th annual Seattle Tattoo Expo. Hosted by Seattle’s internationally recognized shop Hidden Hand Tattoo, the Expo offers access to the leading artists in tattooing both locally and from around the world. Plus, we’re excited to announce that new this year, due to popular demand, the Expo will take place in Seattle Center’s spacious Exhibition Hall, accommodating more artists and more guests, more comfortably.

Entry Requirements
Entry form will require the following information and can be completed at the contest tent next to the stage:

Artist Name, Shop, City or Country
Amount of hours to completion
Waiver to utilize photography for STE promotional use
***Please note that all entries with the exception of Tattoo of the Day must be fully healed***
Friday
3:30 PM – Small Color
• Must be completed
• Must be color
• Can’t be larger than a hand size (6” x 6” and Under)
5:00 PM – American Traditional
• Must be completed and traditional in nature
• Scoring will include marks for traditionalism
6:00 PM – TBD
9:00 PM – Best Of Show
• Must have been initiated and completed before competition on Friday
Saturday
2:00 PM – Portrait
• Must have reference picture for judging; no exceptions
5:00 PM – Worst Tattoo
• No requirements to enter (2” x 2” and Up)
7:00 PM – Best Back or Body Suit
• Must be at least an entire back piece. Marks will improve for extended coverage. Marks will be diminished for unfinished work
9:00 PM – Best Of Show
• Saturday entries must have been initiated on Friday or later and completed by competition on Saturday.
Sunday
1:30 PM – Black & Grey
• Must be completed
• Must be black and gray
• Can’t be larger than 6” in any direction
3:00 PM – Large Color
• Must be larger than 6” in at least one direction
• Marks improve with quality and use of color
5:00 PM – Sleeve
• Must start at shoulder and extend past elbow
7:00 PM – Best Of Show
• Sunday entries must have been initiated on Friday or later and completed by competition on Sunday.
