The 4th edition of Melaka International Tattoo Expo 2019 is back again in the historical city of Melaka, Malaysia from the 8th-10th Nov.
The first tattoo expo in Peninsular Malaysia that featured over 100 tattoo artists from the last event will be dropping their anchors once again in the Straits of Malacca with International and Local tattoo artists from all around the globe.
