As seen on the History Channel and The Learning Channel! The Hell City Tattoo Festival is a celebration of body art and the education of tattooing as well as other forms of body modification. This is a world class convention, smooth running and packed with hundreds of brilliant artists from the world over. Hell City hosts over 250 of the world's best tattoo artists, vendors, live painters and industry professionals. Experience artistic tattooing and fine art on a whole new level while enjoying a wide range of entertainment all weekend.
