Is returning to Baltimore Convention Center, on 21-23 April 2023. Villain Arts are excited to host a bigger & better show this year. The Baltimore Tattoo Arts Festival is for industry professionals and tattoo lovers as well. The general public is welcome.

Come get tattooed by 700 of the world’s best tattoo artists, including the top local, national & international artists. Tattoo TV stars will be on hand to tattoo the public! In addition, there will be numerous vendors with everything from industrial supplies to clothing, artwork & jewelry. Daily tattoo competitions for you to show off your tattoos. The 15th Annual Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention is a don’t miss event, with something for everyone.
