Burchett Treasures Exhibit 2023

An intimate weekend event exhibit of treasures from The George Burchett Collection! Come see hundreds of the master’s works in miniature watercolor studies of animals, botanicals, mythological subjects, and wartime icons all on the beautiful grounds of a 1760-era manor in Cornwall New York, just a hour north of New York City. The exhibit will also feature Burchett Collection British early tattooed people photography, some legendary large-scale works by Burchett, and many of Burchett’s ethereal paper tattoo stencils from his collection. Most of the works on display have never been exhibited before!

As an added feature of the weekend, we’ll celebrate our friend and iconic collector Lyle Tuttle with a video show debuting footage from his 70th retrospective and display some surprise collection works and Lyle tribute art. Tickets are limited for what will be a very special indoor and outdoor weekend exhibit in the gorgeous Hudson Valley. We welcome tattoo artists, Tattoo History, and art fans, and friends from near and far at this exciting exhibit event! Many of the tattoo world’s best and brightest artists will be attending!

Opening Night Gala and Full Weekend Pass: $100-Includes Friday night buffet and cocktails, a Lyle Tuttle Collection insider history talk, and a limited edition Burchett Collection event take-home print and collectible ticket. Includes full indoor and outdoor exhibit access Friday and Saturday. Opening night entry starts at 4:30, and exhibit access til 10. Saturday Burchett Treasures Event Ticket: -$40-Includes full Saturday indoor and outdoor exhibit access and collectible take-home ticket. Saturday exhibit entry starts at 1:30, with full access til 9:30.
