Dear Friends,

It is with extreme sadness that we must announce the cancellation of the Da Nang Tattoo Festival. We were so incredibly excited to provide to everyone involved, a memorable experience here in the beautiful city of Da Nang.

Unfortunately despite our team’s tremendous efforts over this past year, we have recently encountered new and unexpected obstacles which make it impossible to hold the event as we planned it. Before making this soul-crushing decision, we explored all possible alternatives to still make it happen. However, the reality is that any viable option would come with catastrophic consequences for us and some of the involved participants.

Although we cannot express enough our frustration at the opportunity loss for both the city and our participants, we have to accept and acknowledge that the local administrators are making decisions in the best interest of their community.

We want to express our gratitude to the tattoo community for the massive support we’ve received from all over the world and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause you. Hopefully you can still change or cancel your travel plans to Da Nang to minimize your losses. However, if you do decide to come please know that we will still try to have a good time despite these very difficult circumstances.

We would also like to inform you, that despite the fact that this cancellation is for reasons out of our control, refunds will be made available to all participants to the best of our ability. However, due to the heavy financial impact this cancellation has had on us, we ask for your patience in this process.

Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize once again for the disappointment caused by this cancellation.

Da Nang International Tattoo Festival 2023

You are invited to the 1st International Tattoo Festival in Da Nang ️(Vietnam) on the 26th, 27th and 28th of May 2023.

Da Nang is the largest city of Central Vietnam and it’s blessed with some of the most beautiful beaches in South East Asia, like the 30km long My Khe Beach. It’s one of Vietnam’s main tourists destinations, thanks to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Imperial City of Hue & Hoi An) and other attractions as the The Marble Mountains, Lady Buddha, Son Tra Mountain (Peninsula), Ba Na Hills and the 666m long Dragon Bridge on the Hàn river.

Within this beautiful context, during the 3 days of the festival, we will bring together 200+ of the most talented Vietnamese & international tattoo artists, along with special guests from all over the world, tattoo contests, tattoo seminars, art exhibitions, music shows and live entertainment!

“Simply put, this event aims to place the charming and sunny city of Da Nang on the map of international tattooing”.

The Da Nang Tattoo Festival is hosted by the team of the Dragon City Ink Tattoo & Piercing Studio in collaboration with World Tattoo Events.
