Arles Tattoo Convention 2024
If at the very beginning of the 2000s, getting a tattoo on the body was still seen as a matter of virility, the trend has now become widely democratized. Now, one in 5 French people is tattooed, or 20% of the population. A figure that has doubled in 10 years. The objective of the convention is to promote tattooing and share this culture.
More than just a tattoo convention, Arles Tattoo Convention is a real festival where art is highlighted in all its forms (Tattoo, Piercings, Street Art, Kustom Bike Exhibitions, Motorcycles, American Cars, Pin Up, Stands… ).
This event is open to everyone (families, fans of the world of tattooing or not, professionals and the general public).
Many varied activities are planned. Nearly 100 tattoo artists will be present all weekend.
All styles of tattoos, all shapes, all colors will be represented. For the most determined – or those in a hurry – it will even be possible to get a tattoo directly on site. A parade will bring together all the creations of the weekend and a jury will be invited to elect the most beautiful creation.
