The 10th and final Pagoda City Tattoo Fest will take place from August 1 to 3, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Morgantown – Reading Area, an IHG Hotel located at 6170 Morgantown Rd, Morgantown, PA 19543, United States. This event promises a grand celebration featuring a lineup of world-class tattoo artists, including some new and exciting talents. The event spans three days with an art show, after parties, and various engaging activities throughout the weekend.
