Event Overview
The Halloween Tattoo Bash started in 2007 in Newton Abbott, Devon as a small tattoo convention and has since expanded significantly, becoming one of the most popular tattoo events with both artists and the public. The event has a strong charity focus, raising around £44,000 in the past nine years for local charities through a charity auction where traders and artists donate items such as artwork, clothing, tattoo sessions, and collectibles. The 2025 charity beneficiary is Hallow Birmingham.
The event weekend features a vibrant lineup of activities and attractions including an alternative trade market, scare maze, body piercing, a VIP fancy dress ball, various live on-stage entertainment, a mental health room with support, an artists and trader green room, a kids' activity room and fancy dress competition, a custom car show with competitions and awards, welcome access for under 18s (with under 14s free), a charity auction, tattoo competitions, and an award ceremony.
