Boos & Toos Tattoo Horror Fest #3 will take place from October 24 to October 26, 2025. The event is hosted at the Monroeville Convention and Events Center located at 209 Mall Plaza Blvd., Monroeville, PA 15146, United States. The festival operates on a three-day schedule: Friday, October 24, from 12:00pm to 10:00pm; Saturday, October 25, from 12:00pm to 10:00pm; and Sunday, October 26, from 11:00am to 7:00pm.
