The Longhorn State Tattoo Expo will take place from October 24 to October 26, 2025. Over three days, attendees can experience live entertainment, tattoo contests, and seminars dedicated to tattoo culture.

The tattoo contests are scheduled throughout the event as follows:
- Friday: Best Color Portrait, Best Sleeve, Best Chest or Back Piece, Best Black & Grey Portrait, Best Of The Day
- Saturday: Best Small Color, Best Large Color, Best Small Black & Grey, Best Large Black & Grey, Best Ornamental, Best Of Day
- Sunday: Best Traditional, Best Asian Influenced, Best Cover Up, Best Original, Best of Day, Best of Show
