Hundreds of tattoo artists from all over Italy meet to participate in contests and test their skills to win the infamous prize.

Friday, September 12
Small: Tattoos of any style, max size 10×10 cm.
Big Healed: Fully healed large tattoos.
Traditional: Traditional tattoos, color or black and white.
Best Friday: Tattoos done entirely during the Friday event.
Saturday, September 13
Black Work: Tattoos using only black ink, minimal shading.
Anime: Japanese anime, cartoon, manga tattoos.
Black & White: Tattoos with black ink and white details, heavy shading, no colors like gray.
Tribal Ornamental: Tribal or ornamental tattoos.
Best Saturday: Tattoos done entirely during the Saturday event.
Sunday, September 14
Best Combo: Tattoos by 2+ artists, mixed styles.
Realistic: Realistic/photorealistic tattoos.
Color: Tattoos with heavy use of color.
Best of Show: Best tattoo of the entire event.
