Phantom Ink Fest is a tattoo festival by artists, for artists. It is focused on delivering an exceptional experience to artists and their clients. Join us for our second year of tattooing, piercing, entertainment, and tattoo competitions.
Entertainment includes the legendary Guinness World Record featured member of the Jim Rose Circus, The Enigma, who produces never before seen stunts. Additionally, from the entertainment capital of the world, Andrew S. will provide a one-of-a-kind experience to leave you breathless.
