Winners of the festival receive an invitation to the Tokyo Bay Tattoo Festival, offering a direct path into a broader national and international arena.
The project is initiated by IVOLY (Ivoly Naniwa), an Osaka-based tattoo artist actively contributing to the development of the industry through new event formats, support for emerging talent, and initiatives focused on preserving cultural heritage. Alongside this, he is working on the launch of the Osaka Tattoo Museum.
