Otto is like no other tattoo artist I have even known. He is truly an artist first, and an incredible tattooist second. His imagination, and ability to take a concept and turn it into a masterpiece is quite incredible. Composition and placement, design down to microscopic detail, and preparation are like nothing I have known. He's a true genius, and someone I'll have to visit again sometime soon.
