Tattoo master Winston Whale from Portland (USA), took as the basis of his work - anaglyph method for stereo effect.
In this method, 3d effect is achieved due to the composition of the two versions of the same image, in chromatically opposite colors, such as blue and red, with a slight shift.
The special anaglyph glasses with color filters are used to view these paintings, with blue for the right and red for the left eye
The use of such imaging in tattoos - a very interesting creative experiment!
