The Hampton Roads Tattoo Festival #14 will feature over 200 tattoo artists, professional piercing, vendors, tattoo contests, live music, and entertainment. Tickets will be sold at the door, with discounts available for military and first responders. Children 12 and under receive free admission with a paid adult.
