The 15th Annual DC Tattoo Expo Invitational promises an unbelievable weekend of live tattooing, body piercing, industry seminars, and mind-blowing entertainment. Featuring over 220 invite-only tattoo artists, 15 live tattoo competitions, 10 new art categories, and the "DC Cherry Blossom Beauty Contest" and "DC Dog" patriotic pet competition.
