Kristiyan Mihaylov is a tattoo artist with 18 years of professional experience at Avantgarde Tattoo Studio München in Munich, Germany. He focuses on individually planned tattoos that suit the motif, placement and requested size. His portfolio includes realistic tattoos, Black & Grey, fineline, colour work, minimalist motifs and cover-up projects.

Every project starts with a personal consultation. For an enquiry, please send your tattoo idea, intended placement, approximate size and any useful reference images. For a cover-up, include a clear photograph of the existing tattoo. This allows Kristiyan to assess the design direction, placement and technical approach. Designs are prepared individually for each project; existing ideas are not simply copied without adaptation.

During the consultation, the composition, size, placement and possible adjustments are discussed together. Clear planning is especially important for realistic motifs, larger projects and cover-ups. The required session time therefore depends on the individual tattoo and is agreed before the appointment.

The studio is located at Thalkirchner Straße 33, 80337 Munich. Regular opening hours: Monday to Friday 09:30–18:00, Saturday 09:00–18:00, Sunday closed. Tattoo appointments and consultations are arranged personally.
