I contacted Victor in April 2022 and sent design and placement ideas that I want and told him that he can use all his creativity. He listened to my thoughts and answered them patiently until the appointment. He hosted me very well and did a great job adapting his style with my design and turning it out a unique piece on my body while sticking with the main structures of the original design. He kept assisting me after the session and my tattoo healed well. I can't speak Russian at all but communication has never been a problem. I recommend getting a tattoo from him with peace of mind.
