Moscow International Tattoo Week 2016 was held in July 29-31 in the Trade and Exhibition Centre Tishinka. The event gathered the best Russian tattoo artists and foreign guests. Many people had been waiting for the Moscow Tattoo Week and as it turned out – not in vain. The organization and the warm atmosphere have made the exhibition the best Moscow tattoo event of the year. It is already far from the Underground, it is a quality convention on the European level and with the Russian open heart! These are the events that popularize the tattoo culture in Russia, where we still deal with some prejudice of the past.
The exhibition was organized by TattooPharma – the first Russian manufacturer of products for tattoo. In the list of the sponsors there were the world-famous tattoo companies – TattooMarket, Bishop Rotary, Nocturnal, Eternal, Intense, Eikon Device.
A well-coordinated team of the organizers arranged a real tattoo festival. It had everything one could need – clean work boxes, sufficient amount of light and free space, a great entertainment programme with workshops and master classes from tattoo gurus. All exhibitors were provided with all the necessary things for work, each of them received gifts from the sponsors.
The Convention visitors enjoyed strolling through the halls, watching the work of the professionals; they acquainted with the artists, made appointments with the masters and just had a great time. There were no incidents during the event, neither technical, nor social.
Almost everyone made special mention of the host. He managed to keep the audience active and keenly interested in the events taking place on the main stage without being intrusive.
Each working day of the Convention ended with an after-party for the artists, where the participants could relax, take a break from the spotlight, and just have a good time with their friends and colleagues in an informal setting.
