I do not recommend tattoo artist Berinkey Katalin (a.k.a. Rockin Rabbit).

From the very beginning, her communication was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked clear questions about the ink she uses and how she planned to achieve the fine, thin lines I requested, she laughed and gave vague answers — including saying she uses petroleum instead of proper tattoo ink — instead of explaining her technique or reassuring me. That should have been my cue to walk away.

On the appointment day, I was made to wait for hours while she prioritised someone else, even though she knew I was travelling from another country for the booking.

The finished tattoo is very poor: it is blurred, discoloured, and the linework is uneven. The writing wasn’t straight from the start, and the ornamental details were too small, meaning the design lost all clarity — exactly what I was trying to avoid. If she couldn’t deliver the technique I asked for, she should have refused the job rather than proceed negligently.

Now I face expensive and risky tattoo removal that may damage the skin.

For clarity: this review is about the artist — Berinkey Katalin — and not about any studio where she may work now in Porto.

Please take your time to find the right tattoo artist. A major red flag is when an artist laughs at reasonable questions instead of explaining their approach clearly. I deeply regret trusting her with my skin.

Avoid at all costs.
