Clay's journey into the world of tattooing began unexpectedly through a friend, yet from the very first moment, he was completely captivated.

«I was fascinated by the idea of bringing my drawings to life and the challenge of permanently transferring them onto the skin. From the beginning, I knew this was my path,» Clay said.

His artistic foundation, however, was built much earlier, shaped by his background in architecture and graphic design. These disciplines have greatly influenced his approach to tattooing, allowing him to create highly structured yet fluid compositions.

« I’ve always liked working with clean lines and playing with perspective, something I learned from architectural design and have integrated into my art. I blend it with my passion for art history, where I draw inspiration from the sketches of Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci,» the artist said.

One of the defining aspects of Clay’s work is his ability to translate the grandeur of Greek mythology into stunning Black & Gray tattoos. Inspired by the precision of Renaissance and Ancient Greek art, his pieces feature legendary figures, intricate sculptures, and architectural elements that seamlessly intertwine.

«What inspires me the most is the precision in details, the impeccable anatomy, and the way their works told stories. Greek mythology is one of my biggest influences, and I incorporate it into my style,» Clay said.

Clay believes that the idea of specializing in Greek mythology was amazing. It opened the door for him to gain international recognition for his work. He regularly receives clients from different cities and countries, which motivates him to continue to grow and improve his art.

Clay's working process is as meticulous as his artistic vision. His approach is collaborative, often designing in the moment and refining compositions through discussion.

«I always begin by having a conversation with my client to fully understand their vision. I enjoy designing at the moment and exchanging ideas. After that, I gather references, refine the composition, and ensure the design flows naturally with their anatomy. Once everything is set, I prepare the stencil, review the final details, and then we begin the tattooing process,» the artist said.

Beyond tattooing, Clay explores broader creative projects. His SS3070 project merges Greek mythology and Renaissance art, redefining contemporary tattoo aesthetics.

«SS3070 is a project that explores my personal vision of contemporary art, blending Greek mythology with Renaissance art. Through this project, I aim to create a unique fusion of works that highlight classical themes while incorporating modern artistic elements, ranging from tattoos to digital art pieces and designer clothing,» Clay said.
